1. Enable Recent Sales Popup

Once the app is installed on the store, you can enable and configure it to display on the frontend. In the general settings, you can:
 

  • Enable Sales Popup: Enable recent sales popup from here. (You’ll also need to enable the app from the theme settings to display the popup.)

  • Display Order: Choose the order of popup notifications; here, you can choose to show sales popups for:

    • Orders placed in last X days

    • Last X orders

    • Orders for specific products

  • First notification [after x seconds]:  Set the time gap between multiple sales notifications

  • Each notification lifespan [seconds]: Each sales popup will be displayed on the screen for set time

  • Delay between notifications [seconds]: Time gap between two popups

  • Monthly Email Reports: Enable monthly email reports to get analysis of sales popup performance via email

Here’s what the configured recent sales popup looks like on the frontend:


If enabled, you’ll also get the report on your email every month.

The monthly performance report offers an overview of recent sales popups through metrics like the number of clicks, views, and revenue generated from the clicks.

 

2. Customize Popup

2.1 Choose Popup Layout

In the Popup Settings, you can choose the layout for the sales popup from the following four options:

  • Radius Sales Popup

  • Round Sales Popup

  • Square Sales Popup

  • Full Size Image Sales Popup

2.2 Set Popup Text & Style

You can also customize the popup text and style according to your needs through these options:

  • Text: Modify the popup notification text. You can use variables here in brackets. (For example: Someone from [Country] recently purchased)

  • Choose from the following labels to display on the notification popup:

  • City

  • Province

  • Country

  • Product Title

  • Customer Name

You can also change the popup’s colors to match your store theme. You can set color for:

  • Popup background

  • Product title

  • Text

  • Button Background

  • Button

  • Time

Here’s what the final popup looks like with the above configuration.

Optionally, you can upload an image to set it as the background of your recent sales popup. It supports .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.

Here are other customization options for the recent sales popups:

  • Set position of notification popup from for desktop/table devices:

    • Bottom left

    • Bottom right

    • Top right

    • Top left

  • Choose the animation for the sales popup from:

    • Fade

    • Slide

    • Zoom

  • Choose to show the recent sales popup on mobile devices

  • Choose the font family for the product title and text font size.

  • Set weight for product title and text content.

2.3 Set Notifications Scope

In the advanced settings, you can configure where you want to display the recent sales notifications popups. Here, you can choose to show the popup on:

  • All Pages

  • Selected Pages

You can also set the number for how many notifications you want to get displayed on the product page for the recent order placed for the same product.

3. Analyze Performance

In the dashboard, you can analyze the performance of the recent sales popups on the site.

Here, you can find metrics like total number of views, clicks, and revenue generated from the notifications. You can also view the report and analyze the performance by a specific date range.
