1. Basic Configuration

You can easily enable or disable the quick order form on the product pages.

Next, you can choose from two styles:

  • Pop-up Form: This option displays the order form as a modal pop-up for your customers.
  • Embedded Form: This integrates the order form directly onto a product or checkout page.

You can also choose specific countries to display the order form. For example, if you select India, the order form will be visible to customers from India only.

Customize the look and style of the order on the product page. As you configure the order form, a preview of it will also be displayed on the right.

You can add the following fields:

  • Cart Content: Summarizes the items in the customer's cart.
  • Order Summary: Breaks down the items ordered, including:
    • Subtotal: Shows the subtotal amount of items before any extra charges.
    • Discount: Displays any discounts applied, enhancing transparency during checkout.
    • Shipping: Details the shipping costs associated with the order.
    • Total: Calculates and shows the final amount due, incorporating all charges and taxes.
    • Show Taxes Message: Option to clarify how taxes are applied.
    • Show Additional Tax: Enables visibility for any extra taxes included in the order.
    • Taxes Message: Customize a message to explain the tax calculations.
  • Shipping Options - Display and Customize the label that appears for shipping choices, such as “Select Shipping Method.”
  • Free Label - Define the label for free shipping offers, like “Free Shipping Available.”

You can add the fields as per your preferences and set their labels.

You can customize the Buy Now button with these options for the users to check out directly from the product page. You can configure button text, color, size, and more. You can also add custom fields to collect additional information, such as comments or special instructions.

You can make the form visually appealing by setting configuration like:

  • Text Color
  • Text Size
  • Style
  • Background Color
  • Border Settings
  • Shadow Effects
  • Icon Colors

Once the form is configured, click Save.

 

2. Shipping Method

You can apply custom shipping rates for the orders through the order form. You can set up rates based on various criteria to provide customers with shipping options.

Click the Add Rate button to create a new rate and configure these settings:

  • Rate Name: Name the shipping option (e.g., “Standard Shipping”)
  • Rate Description: Provide a brief explanation to clarify delivery expectations
  • Price: Set the price for this shipping rate
  • Add Conditions: Establish criteria for applying this rate:
    • Based on Order Prices: Set the rate for specific price ranges
    • Based on Order Weight: Set the rate according to the order's total weight
  • Minimum Price: Define the minimum order price for the rate to apply
  • Maximum Price: Set the maximum order price for the rate to apply
  • Apply This Rate for Certain Countries: Restrict this rate to specific countries
  • Apply This Rate for Provinces: Limit this rate to particular provinces or states

Click Save after you complete creating the rate

Opt to use Shopify’s existing shipping rates directly from your Shopify settings, avoiding the need to create custom conditions.

3. General Settings

Manage redirection

Choose what happens after they click the Buy Now button for COD. You can choose to redirect the customers to:

  • Default Thank You Page
  • Custom URL
  • WhatsApp Chat

Or display a custom thank you message.

 

Add Additional Fee to COD Orders
This option allows you to apply an extra fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Charge an Additional Fee: You can choose to charge a fixed amount or a percentage of the order value, with customizable fee names.

Orders Blocker by IP Address, Phone, Email
Limit or block orders based on specific criteria to prevent misuse:

  • Restrict Orders by IP Address: Allow only a certain number of orders from a single IP within a set timeframe.
  • Block Orders by Product Quantity: Prevent orders exceeding a specific total product quantity.
  • Manage Blocked and Allowed IP Addresses: Specify which IPs are prohibited or allowed to place orders.
  • Phone and Email Restrictions: Enter specific phone numbers and email addresses that cannot place orders.
  • Custom Block Message: Display a message to notify blocked customers about the restriction.

Product Page Settings
Control the visibility of buttons on product pages:

  • Hide Add to Cart Button: Remove the default Shopify Add to Cart button to streamline the page.
  • Hide Buy Now Button: Eliminate Shopify default Buy Now button for a cleaner layout.

Restrict Countries
Define which countries can access the Meetanshi Quick Order Form COD, allowing you to limit the form to selected regions.

Order Eligibility
Set criteria to determine which orders are eligible for the Quick Order Form COD, ensuring only qualified orders can proceed. 

Click the Save button to save the settings.

4. Advanced Settings

Order Creation Options
Set up order handling and payment preferences for your store with these options:

  • Set Order Payment Gateway to Cash on Delivery (COD): Ensure orders placed through the Quick Order Form are marked for COD payment.
  • Add Custom Tags to Orders: Assign specific tags to categorize and track orders easily.
  • Add Customer Locale Language Tag to Orders: Automatically tag orders with the customer’s language, making it easier to handle language-specific needs.
  • Remove Country Code from Phone Numbers: Simplify customer phone numbers by removing the country code before finalizing in Shopify.
  • Enable Tax Calculation: Activate tax calculations on orders made via the form to display accurate prices inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Form Options
Adjust the functionality and look of your Quick Order Form:

  • Disable Form for Out-of-Stock Products: Automatically hide the form for items that aren’t available, reducing customer frustration.
  • Include Customer IP Address in Order Notes: Add the customer’s IP address to the order notes for added security and verification.
  • Hide Default Form Submit Button (if Prepaid Button is Enabled): Remove the standard submit button when a prepaid option is active, making the form more user-friendly.

Limit Form by Products or Collections
Control where the Quick Order Form is available across your products and collections:

  • Enable Form for Specific Products or Collections: Restrict the form to selected products or collections only, ensuring limited access to this ordering option.
  • Disable Form for Certain Products or Collections: Prevent specified products or collections from using the Quick Order Form for purchases.

Select Products
Pick individual products to make them eligible (or ineligible) for the Quick Order Form, providing fine-tuned access control.

Select Collections
Specify entire collections to enable or restrict their use of the Quick Order Form, allowing broad yet precise product access settings.

 

5. Postal Codes

You can whitelist or blacklist certain postal codes for the order form functionality.

You can also import postal codes in bulk by uploading a CSV file. (The downloaded CSV will be displayed as shown below)

Click Add Postal Code to specify the postal codes you want to add to the list.
