The rates set for the products get the maximum priority for the GST calculation. The extension firstly checks for the GST rates under the products, if not found, it checks for the category under which the product resides. If the rates are not set under the category, it calculates the GST based on the global configuration. So, the GST rates are prioritized for the calculation as:
